3.Material & Color Selection

4.Prototype Sampling
Samples are developed for checking appearance, structure, fit, finishing, logo position and production details.
5.Sample Revision & Approval
If adjustments are needed, we coordinate sample revisions before bulk production begins. Production starts after the approved sample and specifications are confirmed.
6.Bulk Production
After sample approval, we arrange production coordination, material preparation, processing, polishing, assembly, adjustment and packaging.
7.Quality Inspection & Packaging

Materials and Custom Options

For higher-specification projects, additional time may be required for repeated finishing, polishing, adjustment and quality verification.
